Once you confirm that someone has been arrested and is being processed at the PSC, the next step is to call us immediately at 209-284-3123. You do not have to wait for bail to be set. In fact, calling before bail is confirmed is the right move, we use that time to prepare all paperwork so we can post the bond the instant bail becomes available.
Booking takes one to eight hours depending on facility volume. Once booking is complete, bail is set either by the Stanislaus County bail schedule or by a judge. At that point we can post the bond immediately if we have already prepared the paperwork.
